GOLDEN VISA NOW AVAILABLE FOR BRITISH BUYERS
All Non-EU citizens, which now includes BRITISH citizens (from Jan 1st 2021) can apply for the GOLDEN VISA, which allows them to come to Spain as often as they like during the year.

Historically the Foreign Ministry in Spain received hundreds of calls each week from Russian, Chinese, American, Arab and Asian buyers inquiring about the Golden Visas. Now, following Brexit, more and more British citizens are taking advantage of the “Golden Visa”, as it entitles them to stay in Spain all year should they wish, rather than a maximum of two 90 day periods during a calendar year. The Golden Visa Residency in Spain is also granted for spouses and children of the non-EU citizens (including Brits) investing € 500,000.

Another added advantage for British buyers is that as Spain is part of the Schengen Zone it means that they can travel freely in 26 European Countries.
